All products and shipping related concerns will be entertained within 48 hours of delivery only.

RETURN AND REFUND

Pro Chicken does not take title to returned items. Any case of refund or cancellation is at sole discretion of Pro Chicken.

In case of refund, the amount will be directly refunded back to the account from which the payment was made.

In case of natural calamity or unforeseen circumstances if delivery gets delayed or cancelled only value of product be refunded, no shipping charges will be refunded.

Once the order processes for dispatch, cancellation is not allowed

GENERAL SHIPPING RULES

All orders placed post 7:00 pm shall be processed on the next day and delivered to you as per given timelines.

Orders booked during any festival months, might be delayed in dispatch/delivery in comparison to its normal delivery timelines due to several reasons like, shortage of stock, overloaded shipments for delivery.

Shipping details while booking should be correct and any delay in delivery due to wrong details will be the sole responsibility of the customer only.
